Privacy Policy
Samuel Uy uses the information you share to review coaching applications, arrange sessions, answer messages, and keep payment records.
Information you provide
When you apply, the linked Google Form may collect your name, contact details, accounts or business information, goals, and the answers you submit. If you email me, I receive your message and contact details. If I accept your application, I use your name and email to create a PayMongo checkout. PayMongo collects and processes the payment details you enter there. Google Calendar receives the information you enter when booking.
How the site is measured
This website uses Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics to understand visits and site performance. It also records events such as visits to the coaching page and clicks on the application link. The site is configured to anonymize IP addresses in Google Analytics and to disable Google advertising signals and ad personalization.
Why information is used and shared
I use application information to decide whether a session is a good fit and to contact you about the outcome. I use booking and payment information to deliver the session, respond to support requests, and maintain transaction records. The relevant information is handled by the services used for the form, website hosting and analytics, payment, and scheduling: Google, Vercel, and PayMongo. Their own privacy notices also apply when you use their pages.
Storage and your choices
I keep information for as long as needed to handle the application or session, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of information I control, email uy.samuel.a@gmail.com. Some payment or business records may need to be retained. You can also manage browser settings that affect analytics and storage.
